About Me

Smiling man in suit and red tie with city arch behind him.

Bio

Dr. Adam Starks is a Professor of Business, a renowned keynote speaker, and an award-winning author who didn't just survive a childhood of poverty and foster care; he transformed it into fuel for purpose. His autobiography, Broken Child Mended Man, chronicles a journey of upward mobility that has galvanized thousands of advocates across social work, education, and beyond.

But survival was never the endgame.

After recent life-altering events forced him to confront hard truths about manhood, identity, and what it truly means to embody authentic masculinity, Dr. Starks redirected his expertise and lived experience toward the underlying crisis misguiding men across this country. This crisis is marked by a lack of honest advice, genuine brotherhood, and permission for men to be fully human.

As living proof that cycles can be broken and destinies rewritten, Dr. Starks now unites men from all backgrounds to do more than transcend statistics. He challenges them to redefine manhood on their own terms, reclaim their power, and build lives of integrity, purpose, and authentic strength, all while fostering men's leadership within their communities.

This isn't inspiration. This is transformation.

Mission

To create a judgement-free space where men can explore authentic masculinity, engage with a keynote speaker on men's leadership, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop the courage to live with integrity, vulnerability, and purpose.

Vision

Contribute to a world where men embrace authentic masculinity, feeling free to be fully human; strong yet vulnerable, ambitious yet present, confident yet humble. Here, masculinity is redefined not by outdated stereotypes or societal pressure, but by character, authenticity, and conscious choice. As a keynote speaker, I encourage men to support each other in breaking generational cycles, healing their wounds, and stepping into their highest potential. In this vision, being a man means living with courage, compassion, and a deep connection to your circle of people.
